1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age (or the age of majority in your province) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

 

2. Products and Orders

All products (coffee beans, ground coffee, brewing equipment, etc.) are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in descriptions/pricing without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual appearance (roast level, packaging) may vary slightly.

Coffee is a perishable/food product. Once opened or ground to order, most items are non-returnable except as outlined in our Return Policy.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST) and shipping fees, which are added at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the final price (except for obvious errors).

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple and cash or e-transfer. Payment is processed securely via Square.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that method.

Title to goods passes to you upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver for free to Grande Prairie, Alberta and the surrounding area (Within 30 km of Grande Prairie).

If you would like to place an order from outside of Grande Prairie, we can ship it to you for an additional shipping fee.

Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout and depend on your location, carrier, and order size.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or events beyond our control (force majeure).

You must provide a valid delivery address. We are not liable for lost/misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Signature may be required for high-value orders.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened or ground coffee is non-returnable/non-refundable except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Unopened whole-bean coffee may be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original condition (with proof of purchase).

Equipment/merchandise returns follow our standard policy: 30 days, buyer pays return shipping unless faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are continuous and auto-renew until cancelled.

You authorize recurring charges for each billing cycle.

Cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

We may modify subscription terms/pricing with notice.

 

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

You must promptly update your account if any information changes.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).

Coffee is a food product; we are not responsible for individual allergic reactions or personal taste preferences.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, images, descriptions) is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site/orders after changes constitutes acceptance.
