Dark to Light Coffee didn't just happen over night. It came into fruition over a few years  and various different ways of roasting coffee. From roasting in a pot on the stove, to buying a 1 pound sample roaster, to building a BBQ roaster, to now roasting with an industrial grade coffee roasting piece of machinery. It's been a journey...there have been some horrible cups of coffee brewed, as well as some great ones. It is now time for Dark to Light Coffee to be shared with the world, give it a try today!

At Dark to Light Coffee, we are passionate about helping people who are less fortunate, or who might be "in a dark place." There is nothing better than seeing somebody go from a dark place to living in the light. Whether it is people in our own community, or in other places around the world, there is no lack of people living in dire situations. That's why we donate part of our proceeds to organization's around the world, that specialize in helping those people who are in need.
